  • Location: We access your device’s location to provide AQI (Air Quality Index) insights specific to your area and to ensure the fastest delivery of your plants and gardening products.

  • Camera: We use the camera permission to allow you to scan plants for instant health checks.

  • Gallery / Media: We request access to your gallery so you can upload images of your plants for better diagnosis by our experts.

  • Notifications: We send notifications for order updates, shipping status, and personalized gardening tips.

Important Note on Media: We respect your privacy. Images captured via the Camera or uploaded from your Gallery for diagnosis are processed in real-time. We do not store these images on our servers unless explicitly stated for a saved support ticket.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To process and deliver your orders (WooCommerce integration).

  • To provide personalized gardening advice and plant health diagnostics.

  • To improve app functionality and user experience via Firebase.

  • To communicate with you regarding your account or transactions.

We use trusted third-party providers to help run our platform:

  • Firebase: Used for app analytics, crash reporting, and cloud messaging (notifications).

  • WooCommerce: Our core database for managing products, orders, and customer accounts.

  • Payment Gateways: All financial transactions are handled by secure, encrypted third-party processors. We do not store your credit card or banking details.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

  • Storage: Your profile and order data are stored securely in our WooCommerce database.

  • Retention: We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for legal compliance.
